A phenomenal collectors specimen with beautifully crystallized botryoidal formations on a chert matrix. An excellent piece of Wavellite with SiO2 pseudomorphs (after Wavellite) on the backside of the specimen. The darker areas of the pseudomorphs are likely included with micro Shale particles. It is possible this is fluorwavellite variety of wavellite as it was discovered quite near to other wavellite with similar chemistry.
