VERY Rare jar of Copper, etc. from North Mountain Mine, Montgomery Co. Arkansas.

This is a jar of extremely rare micro specimen examples of copper and other micro copper minerals. These are old stock, from the North Mountain Mine aka the Stenger Mine In Montgomery County, Arkansas, near the Polk County/Caney Creek Wilderness. This mine is long closed, but it is very rare to see even micro-sized copper specimens from Arkansas. VERY Cool example for anyone who collects Arkansas Minerals. This kind of material is almost impossible to find and rarely available. From a very old collection, old stock, although the jar is modern (we put it in jars so that it is easy to store). We have 2 jars available. This listing is for 1 jar. 

There is approx 7 grams worth of material in each jar.

The photographs represent the material you will receive, and the jar you receive will be the same or similar to the photographs in this listing. Ideally you need a loupe or a microscope to appreciate the micro specimens/etc in the jar. Note, that the old timer wrote a note on the original storage box that says "Cuprite?" ....I didnt see any cuprite at first glance, but perhaps with enough examination you may be able to find some micro cuprite crystals as well.
